Oil-immersed transformer and booster unit
The SCB14-5250-37/0.69 Oil-immersed Converter-Transformer Integrated Unit is an innovative and compact solution for energy storage systems that combines the transformer and converter within a single, highly integrated enclosure. This system operates on the principle of power conversion and voltage transformation – the converter section first rectifies and controls the input power using advanced power electronics, then the integrated transformer efficiently steps up the voltage to grid connection levels through electromagnetic induction.
This "conversion and boosting" integration eliminates separate components and external cabling, significantly reducing system footprint (6880×3300×3096 mm), weight (23t), and installation time while improving overall economy and transportability. Featuring low partial discharge, excellent anti-cracking capability, and F-class insulation with AN/AF cooling, it ensures reliable performance across 1.5MVA to 4MVA capacity ranges. The unit supports intelligent monitoring and maintenance for enhanced safety and operational efficiency, making it an ideal, rapidly deployable solution for modern energy storage applications with shorter production lead times.
